If your home energy system includes both a battery and a solar generation array, when WeaveGrid schedules a Grid Event, it may cause your system to divert solar generation to offset home consumption or discharge to the grid, rather than charge the battery.
The overall system will continue to direct solar production if available. However, the goal during an event is to instruct your battery to discharge, thus lowering load within your home and/or the grid.
