No. Per the program terms and conditions, WeaveGrid expects that you will make up to 80% of your battery capacity available for discharge during events. That means that we will instruct the battery to release energy until it reaches a 20% state of charge. This exceeds Enphase’s guidelines against discharging batteries below 10% state of charge.
Should you need to keep your battery charged higher for a specific reason during an event, review how to opt out. Not that skipping an event may result in a lower average power rating and thus lower incentives.
